Professional supplier and service provider of thermal equipment

Gas-fired steam generators are often referred to as saturated steam and superheated steam, respectively.

Gas steam generators often talk about saturated steam and superheated steam, in the end what is the difference between the two? Today will give you an introduction.
Gas steam generator as a common equipment for daily industrial production, steam generator is a kind of industrial boiler that can heat water to some extent to produce high temperature steam. Users can use steam for industrial production or heating as needed.
Saturated steam, as it is often referred to in the industry, is steam that we can obtain directly by heating water. The temperature, pressure and density of saturated steam correspond to each other. The temperature of steam at one atmosphere is 100℃. If high temperature steam is required, simply increase the steam pressure.
Superheated steam is often referred to as saturated steam based on reheating, i.e., steam produced by secondary heating. The usual practice is to heat the steam twice by means of heat transfer oil to reach the desired temperature. When water is present, it does not produce superheated steam because it absorbs heat and produces more steam. The temperature of superheated steam does not correspond to the pressure.
